How do I return an item?

You may cancel your order (or any part of it) at any stage before it is delivered to you. Please note that it
may not be possible to stop despatch of the products you have ordered and you will need to return the
products in accordance with the provisions set out below.

You may also cancel your order up to fourteen (14) Hours after delivery of the order to you.

You may cancel your order by contacting Us by email, post or alternatively, by returning the products
to our production warehouse, in accordance with the following provisions.

Unless items are damaged or faulty when delivered, you may only cancel your order if:

(i) The items are as new, in a saleable condition, unused, undamaged and still in the original
sealed packaging;

(ii) The product is not fit for purpose and

(iii) If the packaging is broken to the extent of immediate disgregard of product.

If you are cancelling an item purchased in a discounted or promotional offer or as part of a combined
product (for example, where you purchase one product and get another free), all items purchased in any
offer or combined product are part of the same contract and have to be returned if you wish to receive a
full refund. If all the items are not returned the refund will be adjusted accordingly, at Our discretion.
To partially cancel your order for a combined product you will need to contact our Customer
Services team.

Alternatively, certain products may be returned to any store. Please bring with you proof of purchase
(e.g. a copy of the relevant despatch confirmation email or the returns note that will have been included
in the delivery package). Items purchased as part of a combined product (for example, where you
purchase one product and get another free) can only be returned to one of Our stores if all items in the
combined product are returned together.

If you return products to any of Our stores such products must be returned no later than 24 hours after
they have been delivered to you after this time we take no liability to dispose of products.

All products must be returned with the original packaging. We advise that on any return you obtain a
certificate of posting and retain this for your records and that you take out sufficient postal insurance to
cover the value of the returned products.

If you cancel your order, any sum debited by Us from your debit/credit card will be refunded in full to
the same card.

All costs involved in delivery of returning items will be refunded from Nurturing by Nature.

If you find any of the items are damaged then please contact us within 24 hours and we can advise you on what to do next, after this point Nurturing by Nature will not be held liable for any issues regarding your order.
