Lamb meat is a high-quality protein source, containing all of the essential amino acids needed for growth and maintenance & here at Nurturing by Nature we have chosen a variety of different cuts to offer the highest quality consistent product that we can.

Lamb contains varying amounts of fat, depending on level of trimming and the animal's diet, age, gender, and feed. Lamb is a rich source of many vitamins and minerals. Lamb by definition is an animal under 1yr’s old & mutton is from an older animal. For ease of use we call all of our products lamb but we do use Mutton.

Again we have personally visited our suppliers to fully understand the whole process & to assure the quality of the ingredients that we source. Not only does this allow us to fully understand the processes involved but it also allows us to see how the animals are treated through the processes which is also very important to ourselves.
